"Listed" a travel app

Roles - Lead UX Designer, UI Designer, Researcher, IX Designer

Project timeline - One week

SUMMARY

"Listed" is an app to easily plan, create, and organize itineraries in one place to be accessible while traveling to various cities in the United States.

I was tasked to create a simple app to solve a problem that users face while traveling. To identify this problem, I conducted a series of six user interviews with users who had done a considerable amount of traveling. A few themes in the answers I received started to emerge and helped me identify the major pain points.

The app "Listed" was created to help solve these problems. The app consists of lists of places to go in a select number of cities in the United States. Users are able to sort through the already-made lists to save places for their own itineraries. Once places have been visited, the user can check off on the list that they have visited. Users are also able to view places on a map of the city, and can receive directions to places while in the cities.

NEXT STEPS

To further my project I wanted to create an interaction flow that I could pass along to developers to make the prototype a reality.

LISTED: AN INTERACTION FLOW

To start my interaction flow, I digitized all of my artifacts. This started with my user flow:
